I loved introducing the original Berman vibrating dilator set to the Women’s Physiotherapy department  many years ago. They are a great product. However, a number of new products have been developed since then.

Lubricant

Don’t forget to use a good lubricant.

If it hurts when taking out the dilator, it can be helpful to reapply some lubricant around the vulva and vaginal entry.
