Hi,

Hi,
Whatever brings you here, my goal is to provide a space where you can explore your concerns without judgement, gain a clearer understanding of what’s happening, and develop practical strategies that are relevant to your life and circumstances.
Our sexual experiences are influenced by more than one factor.
Our biology, relationships, past experiences, health, emotions, culture, and environment all interact in simple and complex ways.
Understanding these overlapping influences can help explain why a shift has happened, why an issue has lingered, and which approaches we should explore together.
I bring more than 20 years of clinical experience and current research in sexual health, psychology, and neuroscience to help you navigate this.
Because every person brings a unique combination of experiences, values, and biology to therapy, we work together to explore what is happening and develop strategies that fit you.
Our work together may include:
Education and practical exercises
Communication strategies and behavioural approaches
Mindfulness and exploring the biological, psychological, and relational factors that contribute to your sexual wellbeing
My aim is to help you create the changes you desire, gain a deeper understanding of your experiences, and build a foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
I’m Fai (pronounced “Faye”), a specialist sex therapist and sexologist based in Perth, Western Australia.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples experiencing concerns relating to sexual desire, arousal, erections, orgasm, pain, intimacy, sexual confidence and relationship difficulties.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in research and science communication. Through my articles and educational resources, I aim to make complex sexual health research accessible and understandable, helping people make informed decisions about their sexual wellbeing.
I value lifelong learning and regularly undertake professional development to ensure my practice reflects current evidence and best practice.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific sexual concern, navigating changes in your relationship, or simply wanting to better understand your sexuality, I look forward to working with you.

One-on-one sessions provide a space to explore your concerns at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, identify the factors that may be influencing them, and develop practical strategies that are tailored to your situation.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, expectations and ways of relating that shape your sexual experiences. Drawing on evidence-informed approaches, we’ll identify practical strategies that help you better understand yourselves and each other, while creating meaningful change within your relationship.
I offer both in-person sessions at my Morley practice and secure online sessions via Zoom or telephone, making therapy accessible whether you’re in Perth, elsewhere in Western Australia, interstate or overseas.

Book a session, read what past clients have shared, or explore our page on what people actually talk about with a sex therapist. You can also dive into my research and blog for further insights.
I look forward to working with you.
